Do the replies sound robotic?

It answers with your profile info —your products, prices and hours— in the tone you set. You can test it from the panel before turning it on.

What if a customer wants to buy or talk to a person?

Your agent steps aside, tells the customer, and emails you. The conversation stays in your Inbox so you can take over.

Will it reply to my friends or suppliers?

Do I need to code?

No. Instagram connects from the panel in minutes. For your website chat you paste one snippet into your site.

What happens when the trial ends?

What happens to my conversations?
