New accounts get 14 days to use ChatTiger for free. Here's how to see how much time you have left, and what happens when it ends.
What's included
- 14 days from the day you create your account.
- Instagram and website agents, comment rules, the simulator, and the Inbox.
- No credit card needed.
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see how many days you have left. Tap it to open the Plan page.
The Plan page
You can also open it from your photo (bottom left) → Plan.
- How many days you have left and the date your trial ends.
- AI usage today: how much of your daily limit you've used.
The daily AI limit
Each business has a daily AI usage limit. It resets every day at 7:00 PM (Colombia time, UTC−5).
- If you hit the limit, AI replies pause until it resets, and we'll let you know by email.
- Fixed replies keep working: the messages from your comment rules and your fixed keyword replies.
- Until you connect Instagram, your limit is lower. Connect it to raise your limit.
